My staff attended a training that was hosted by this company. The showroom is impressive and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The fact that they closed their showroom for a day to help other people in the industry become better impressed me. I highly recommend this company.

I just had my fireplace switched to gas. Love it. The guys that installed it were so professional and nice. Explained everything to me. I’m so pleased and would highly recommend this place.

The overall experience with the company was excellent. I really like the features on my gas fireplace. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took a personal interest in my project and made sure I had everything I needed. They even followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. I visited other stores, but from the moment I walked in the door I knew this was where I would be buying my fireplace. The huge number of working fireplaces on display made it easier to select the one that was right for me. I have already recommended them to others. I was really happy with the service I received.

What do I like most about my new stove? It heats very well and looks great. I would recommend the company; all the people are very helpful.
